I'm Josh Bates, the owner of Cerulean Pool Services. I grew up in a small Alabama town where the tea is sweet and "yes ma'am" and "yes sir" end every sentence like punctuation. That upbringing taught me to treat everyone with respect, work hard, and go the extra mile no matter the cost.
